I like running in the cool so I am going to die from now until the end of summer.

1 x 2 miles is exactly how i started tempo runs and increased a mile each week. you should try 3 miles next week :) Are you planning to go up to Ogden to watch?

From allie on Mon, May 13, 2013 at 20:32:09 from

yes, we are volunteering at mile 21. you are welcome to join us if you feel up to it. our job is to watch the marathon and cheer, and occasionally direct traffic when stray cars try to get by. no real work involved. the job title is "marathon course monitors, aka front row seats"
