5 miles focusing on my form and keeping a good pace. the run felt good. hoping to feel this good come saturday. has anyone heard about the flooding on part of the course? anyone know if the course diversion will be good/bad/neutral?

If the traffic control is good it should actually save us a couple of seconds because we won't have to go under Washington BLVD and then climb back out.

We do lots of July-Aug training runs on TOU course, so the sooner you move up, the more practice for the marathon. I think Cody, Paul, and I are all considering the marathon this year. As an FYI, on top of the prize money, the top Cache Valley finisher wins a treadmill, so you could win even more this year.
We're just excited to get some fresh blood in our FRB-Logan group. We don't have near the numbers they do down in SLC.
