afternoon run. se7en easy. it was a lovely day. perfect spring weather, sunshine, bees flying into my face and box elder bugs hitching rides on my shirt.

I'm glad you are feeling great today. I felt better running today than I have in 6 months. The weather was just perfect this morning. I think you are ready for your marathon. You are such a dedicated runner.

i'm glad y'all are getting nice weather! we skipped right over spring and went straight to summer here. hotttttttttt. do y'all have swarms of gnats? good protein. they have become a staple part of my diet.

oh, gnats are one of my favorites, but they won't start showing up until june or so. i really just love those giant, out of control flies that smack into your forehead without warning.
