josse -- agree! fun and motivating. it's also nerve-wracking. i get more nervous watching/waiting than i ever do racing. i think it's just knowing how ugly the marathon can get -- you never want to see someone going through the struggles, especially when you can't do anything for them but say: "you look great, keep going" :)
