10 bottles of muscle milk per day. Thank me later for the advice, after you can karate chop through a cinder block.

EWWW. Muscle Milk has a nasty aftertaste. How about a milkshake instead? Oh wait . . .you wanted to build MUSCLE, not fat. Guess you're stuck with the aftertaste.

Also, Josh Cox is sponsored by Ellipti-Go now... I refresh their website every hour to see when James' profile is going to appear on their elite athlete list. Tell him to get on it!

For the record Emily, I think muscle milk is gross, and I go w/ ice cream / milkshakes 100% of the time... and I can pretty easily lift like 5-10 pounds STRAIGHT OVER MY HEAD, so that pretty much tells you all you need to know about how buff I've gotten on my plan.

my secret is greek yogurt. i can do one pull-up.
i already made james an ellipti-go singlet, but we are still saving up for the actual device. he's more into race-walking now anyway...

FYI - Protien powder, yogurt, a banana, and apple juice all blended up make a decent smoothie/drink with no after taste.

I love greek yogurt, but I still can't do a pull up. Hmmmm.... Maybe I should beef up my buff plan!!

Greek yogurt must go straight to your knees.
From Kam on Mon, Mar 19, 2012 at 13:24:41 from 22.214.171.124
Are we back to pull-ups again? You should consider doing targeted training to avoid further increasing your massive knee muscles.

PRE - Dolphin and eagle are the best sources of protein.
I thought Gaston's method of downing raw eggs was worth trying at least once. The next time I see you I'm gonna ask you to flex.

Nice 8. Just put protein powder in your cookies hulk. Works great.

Jake you have led us all astray, there is a secret- muscle milk!
Allie I'm not so sure Deena drinks it, let me ask her sice I'm friends with her. Oh! Yep she does. She just messaged me. Carry on with the lifting and milk plan. And sice there's talk of targeted muscle groups it seems only obvious that you should inject muscle milk right where you want it. I'm pretty sure it turns into pure muscle once it enters the body. I hear Greek yogurt makes you work for it.

allie, you're muscles are Huge! One pull up is big. I tried to do it at my son's soccer game the other day bc it was in a Jr.High gym with bars, and it was pathetic. Funny when you think you're all cool and you can just walk up and do pull ups like you used to when you were young, and you get a sad reality check. Maybe I need to buy the muscle milk.

dolphin is $34.99/lb at costco. forget it.
From Toby on Tue, Mar 20, 2012 at 19:05:08 from 188.8.131.52
Ms. A (instead of Mr. T)...you need to post pictures of these muscles. The people need to see what eating dolphin does!
From Kam on Tue, Mar 20, 2012 at 20:42:43 from 184.108.40.206
Sometimes costco includes a $4 off coupon in their monthly mailer for dolphin.
Bigger savings can be had if you just eat tuna that isn't dolphin free. Look for the cans that have nets and harpoons on the logo, or find a tuna manufacturer that doesn't have separate processing equipment for the tuna and dolphin. You can be sure there will be plenty of cross-contamination.
