day 17: bored yet? i thought i would change things up today so i ran ten miles. i can't remember the last time i did that...

i slowed things down today...racing tomorrow. 1:22:05 / 8:03 average. feeling good, maybe a little tight but i will get in some good stretching to be ready for tomorrow.

Good luck on your 10k tomorrow. I am going off your race schedule so I hope thats what you are doing. If not Good luck in whatever race you are doing. You will do fantastic. You have been training so well. I am jealous that you get to feel that race euphoria and push yourself hard. I miss that so much right now!!
