AM 1: 10 miles. JA(J)A run. the second "j" is silent because james couldn't make it this morning. we ran a fun route today, hitting several sections of my old tempo run loop that i used to run all the time in 2010. there are some good downhill cruising sections coming down off the bench into sugarhouse, and it was nice to get the pace going a bit faster this morning.
AM 2: went to the fieldhouse with james for some weight lifting and core work. leg weights, roman chair, one-legged bridging, symbiotic single leg squats, fire hydrant, plank.
AM 3: celery and peanut butter.
