I agree, Cold is IN! I bought one of those under armour cold hoodies someone suggested on your blog last week. I'm anxious to try it out. Very nice plank.

Ha ha, it is funny how warm 20 feels after these extremely cold mornings!

From Scott Wesemann on Tue, Jan 11, 2011 at 12:33:12 from

I looked for you again on Sunnyside... No worries I'm not stalking. Yeah, I thought 11 felt pretty good when I came down from Wire this morning.

From RAD on Tue, Jan 11, 2011 at 14:43:38 from

Scott's taking Burt's place as FRB creeper? hmmmm....

I can't wait for 20's! I was having a moment of despair when I saw that St George is in the 40's (Painters in a couple weeks) and then I realized how warm that is really going to feel! I guess I just expect Dixie to stay 80 during the winter.

Nice job on the reverse loop. I watched Kelli go to 3:30 on her plank today, there was a whole lotta shakin' goin' on! I can't believe you crazies doing that for so long!

Nice run!

Did you see the link I posted yesterday? Here it is again, in case you missed it:

Nice job on the plank. I need to do one. Haven't tried it for a while.

Power...strong. Good stuff.

From Nancy on Tue, Jan 11, 2011 at 17:35:24 from

It is amazing how warm 20 feels after you've been running in 8 degrees with the wind blowing. Great job.

It was blasted cold today! And I am sick and flippin' tired of it. I never thought that a 30 degree weather forecast would make me so excited!!

Nice job on your planks and wall sits. Are you doing the side planks straight armed or on your elbow? Those are so hard! Great wall sit!!!

From plumbcrazy on Tue, Jan 11, 2011 at 19:39:19 from

It's 24 degrees here in Massachusetts with 12-18 inches of snow expected and with the weather you guys have been experiencing I feel blessed.

melody - i think i need to get one of those. the bandana just makes everything too steamy.

carina - i can't wait for the morning i go outside and it is 20 degrees -- i will be in shorts.

scott - look harder! i'm the human clunking up the hill dressed like a speedskating bank robber. i usually have 2-5 deer friends leaping just ahead of me, and the creepy 7-11 man will be following closely behind. honk and wave!

RAD - yes, 40 will feel so warm. it was 45-50 when i went to sacramento in december, and i kept commenting to everyone how warm it was. they looked at me like i was crazy -- "ma'am, we are experiencing a cold spell. please stop talking."

DG - yes i saw it. thanks for posting. i want one to wear to lagoon in the summertime.

oreo - i'm going for the 4:00 wall sit, inspired by you.

nancy - thanks. i am just waiting for a high noon run in july.

kelli - i do the side planks on my elbow, just like i do the regular plank. it really puts a cramp in my shoulder.

plumbcrazy - i envy your 24 degrees, but not your 12-18 inches of snow. it's been quite a winter.

From Kelli on Tue, Jan 11, 2011 at 21:58:59 from

You are gonna have the toughest shoulders! And major callouses on your poor elbows.

LMK when you run in shorts again, then I know it will be warm enough for me.

From Lily on Tue, Jan 11, 2011 at 22:05:35 from

Do you ever feel like busting a cap on any of those deer? I'd probably daydream it as I ran with them muwhahahahaha
