9 miles. sunnyside up. 20 degrees this morning -- almost cold enough to bring out the bandit mask, but i held off. instead i spent most of the run wiping my nose on my gloves...

I'm with you there, you'd think there would be a limit to how much a nose could run.

I have a pair of gloves I never washed. They seem to have better thermal properties than the others.

I need to learn to farmers blow! The two times I've tried it, it didn't end pretty!!

the farmers blow, or snot rockets, are the way to go! you have to step out of your form momentarily to assure clearance, but it's worth it!

I prefer to pull up the collar of my shirt and wipe inside it. Then I can collect the bogers on my neck.

It was a bit chilly this morning. I always bring kleenex because I always have to blow my nose. Great run.
