ATC workout at piedmont park: 2 x 3 miles
1 - 18:15 (6:05 pace)
[~850m rec jog]
2 - 18:23 (6:08 pace)
the loop was 2+ miles on the park road, then a loop + ~265m around the oval.
Nice run. You really know how to get into shape.
