Whats the weather like there? We have had a mild winter so far with little snow...perfect for running.

Nice miles last week. Looking like Winter is about to arrive given the recent snow and ice you mentioned. Hopefully will not last though. Been mild so far in CT for the most part. Good run today.

Icy, but sunny and the sunshine feels soooo good, even if it is in the 20s!!

When you run sunnyside up to you run down the same way? Nice run as usual.

alana and PRE: first of all, hello, and thanks for the comments. i hope you are both doing well. up until saturday, we had also been experiencing a very mild winter. i guess even now it's still fairly mild, but at least we had some form of a snowstorm and some cold temperatures this week to remind us that it is still january. it's been one of the friendliest winters i can remember, especially for running purposes. that seems to be the case all across the country...

nancy - if i run up sunnyside, i don't run back down. i make a big square around SLC. i like variety :)
