16 miles. this morning we headed down to provo with jake & andrea to meet up with julieC, rachelle and cameron. julie led us along the provo city half marathon course. we had to take a few detours due to a bunch of construction sites, but luckily julie is a skilled navigator and had several alternate routes in her back pocket. there was about an inch of snow on the ground, but most of the roads were clear and the temperature was pleasant. it was refreshing to run in a new area and it's always fun to meet up with others and put in the miles together.

63 miles this week, which is my highest since early september. it's been a good start to the year and i hope i can stay consistent and healthy. no injuries in 2012.

CINCO CIUDADES!! you remembered. Was going to write that but wasn't sure who knew some Spanish on the blog ;D. Thanks for getting me where I need to be at this time. I am thankful for your input and it is nice to hear, kind of like permission to do what I should have been doing. 63 and all singles - pretty good! We can make our Wednesday runs longer as a good medium-long run in the middle of the week as we're both trying to get the mileage up a bit.
