yesterday's workout didn't help me at all, and i was marathon sore today. so
i took the day off, which isn't helping my fitness or my confidence. i'm
panicking about slc half, but a day off to fix my issues is probably better
than an injury, which i feel is coming if i'm not careful.
i did some cross training - walked around, arm weights, dead bugs,
one-legged bridging, made soup, push ups, went to the mailbox, etc.
i am just lingering, lingering, lingering in a post-marathon funk. it's
been six weeks now...
