late afternoon run. 11 miles. water wheel loop + parley's park bike path. the path was covered in ice and snow -- ankle deep on the bridge crossing over I-215. i also had a near-spill running down one of the steeper sections of the path. it probably would have done some serious bodily damage if i hadn't caught myself. i slowed down significantly after that to show a little more respect for old man winter.

It has yet to snow here. Strangely, I am looking forward to running in it! Be careful out there!

Let me know if you want me to kick old Man Winter in the ovaries.

Hey Allie,

looks like you are keeping on track. You seem to be putting in serious miles and despite the not-so-great weather.

Way to go adn get out in the cold icy weather! :) I'm afraid of old man winter so I really spend a lot of quality bonding time with mr. t. mill during the cold months.

Do you run with different shoes when things are slick and icy? I'm a little afraid of the cold, but I'm very afraid slipping and falling on my.
