DEDICATION! Sometimes those snow runs are fun and they seem to work a whole different set of muscles for me. The time and pace is off...but the workout is harder than it might look. And when we run those types of runs...I often wonder if we look a bit nuts. But hey, having a good time.

of course at liberty park it wouldn't be too out of the ordinary to see someone with cross country skis mid July, doing laps around the drum circle.
