ahhh mother nature. what a prankster. beat the frozen rain slushy stuff for the first half of my run but then it started coming down quite hard. and sideways too, right into my eyes! yes it was great! i love spring.

it was reeeaaaallly hard for me to wake up this morning but i felt really great on my run. my legs felt fresh and a lot more alive than the last couple of days, so it was a good start to the week.

Gotta love that slush! At least you got the first half in before the downpour. I find it really hard to get out the door when its like that from the start. Thanks again for the tip on the gloves. It was well below freezing this morning with the wind chill and my hands were toasty.

Spring in the Rockies is such an odd thing. That was a great run! I am so glad that the legs were happy to go today :)

Hey over 70 miles/ week. You are cranking them in. Yes mother nature is quite the little emotional woman. Her mood is disturbing mine. She is lucky to coincide with glad tidings this Saturday.

That's an amazing pace considering the conditions. I was slammed the whole way on my run. I did 10.6 in 1:36:00ish and just felt like I was running into a wall the whole time. Nice job.
