8 miles, blithely. sunnyside up. calm and cold this morning. i had to hurdle over several downed tree branches, and i passed three houses that had their fences completely ripped apart. i could even hear chainsaws roaring at 4:30am. that was quite the windstorm that blew through yesterday -- so much damage, especially in davis county. i hope everyone out there stayed safe.

Holy Cow that slide show is crazy. I didn't have time to get through it all, but man alive. Those were some nasty winds! Nice job on the obstacle course this morning.

So scary. It was hardly even breezy here.

8 is great.

Not a single adverb, let alone an intensifier.

Glad you are still alive after yesterday's run. You and Andrea are brave ladies.

8 is your number this week! It is my fav #. I wish I was pumping out 8 everyday! Glad you kept safe and didn't get hit with anything out on your runs the past couple of days!!
