7 miles. dilworth loop. i was freezing when i woke up, so the thoughts of going outside made it extra hard for me to get out the door this morning. just waiting for june...

Nice job getting in all the freezing runs and core work. January sure has been ruthless I hope we at least get above freezing some time during the month.

Hey, Allie. I was at the shoe store today and saw some new Nike Free "Winter Terrain" shoes. They looked like they had some pretty good ice traction on them plus they were still very light weight and flexible. Do you know anything about them?
