Your resolve is impressive.

You are a very dedicated runner. It was kind of cold this morning but summer is too warm for me.

I have to agree with Chad. You have been doing great with getting out the door!

Allie, the queen of core!

I'm going to try for 2:30 on the plank tomorrow after my run.

From plumbcrazy on Fri, Jan 07, 2011 at 06:39:12 from

I find the cold to be o.k. it's the icy footing that keeps me from going outside. Another sign I'm getting old.

Your core is getting so much stronger so quickly. It just goes to show consistency IS everything. Great job.

You're the plank queen! Any bandanas on your run this morning? What color?

From Tom on Fri, Jan 07, 2011 at 16:53:17 from

Nice job getting in all the freezing runs and core work. January sure has been ruthless I hope we at least get above freezing some time during the month.

Maybe next time you should try awesome new exercises on some random stability ball.

From Rob on Fri, Jan 07, 2011 at 17:19:51 from

Hey, Allie. I was at the shoe store today and saw some new Nike Free "Winter Terrain" shoes. They looked like they had some pretty good ice traction on them plus they were still very light weight and flexible. Do you know anything about them?
