12 miles with tara and kam. we saw two snakes, three pumpkin cookies, and one very large moose. we ended up taking a bunch of photos with the moose, then kam destroyed it with his bare hands. then we stuffed it in the back of my car, and now its hanging out in my garden and chomping on the "grass".

That is totally the weirdest moose I've ever heard of.

you said it. you should see how he carries his hind legs -- basically in a perpetual hamstring stretch. his eyes are droopy yet aware, and his antlers are made of sharp sticks because the original ones were stolen when he was living in a trailer.

Sounds like an adventurous run :)

you can't go anywhere these days without running into some pumpkin cookies. it's a shame what the world has come to.

Sounds like a great run. I'm glad you didn't see a Bear too.

From Toby on Sat, Mar 16, 2013 at 20:04:42 from

Is it the same moose that Jake carried in at the TOU finish?

From Burt on Sat, Mar 16, 2013 at 21:34:46 from

There seems to be some inconsistencies in your tale.

From Kam on Sun, Mar 17, 2013 at 11:28:03 from

I found the antlers...they were in plain sight, of course, given the light of day.

From Tara on Sun, Mar 17, 2013 at 23:41:13 from

The antlers are alive! Can I be there when you give them to her? I feel a Meuler Park run coming on..I always want to run on the trail behind the U hospital.
